Boring Backgrounds for the Staff

Moving from the classy theatre last week, this weeks area of the cruise ship in Sleuthhounds: Cruise goes below decks to the engineering hallway. This area, away from eyes of the paying guests, is much more spartan in appearance. It was originally going to be even more so, as I had intended for all the surface (floors, walls, and ceiling) to be metal. That proved to be [i]too[/i] much grey though, so I changed the upper half of the walls to be painted a drab cream colour instead. So this is really the ritzed up version of engineering.

The engineering hallway is an intentionally utilitarian space.
