The ship in Sleuthhounds: Cruise comes with all the latest features. Or even later than the latest features. All anachronisms welcomed here. This includes an infirmary that doubles as an operating theatre. After all, what better place to have delicate internal surgery than on a ship rocking back and forth with the waves.

Doctor Seymour has set up a cot in the infirmary for easy access when patients come in.
